Our work is ours
Everything on this website — the drawings, plans, renderings, photographs, films, designs and words, and the Max Design name and mark — belongs to the studio or is shown with its owner’s permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You are welcome to look. You may not copy, download, reproduce, publish, adapt or sell any of it, use it to promote anyone else’s work, or feed it to any tool that generates images or designs, without our written permission.
This website is information, not an offer
Nothing here is an offer, a quotation or a contract, and sending us a message does not create one. A project begins only when both sides have signed a written agreement, and that agreement — not this website — sets out the scope, the fees and the responsibilities.
Nothing here is professional advice about your building. Design, code, structural and construction decisions depend on the particular site and must be made with the professionals engaged for that project.
About the images
Renderings and walkthroughs are illustrations of a design intent. Built results vary with site conditions, materials, budgets and decisions made along the way. Completed projects are shown with their owners’ permission, and some details are left out at their request.
Messages you send us
Please do not send anything confidential through the contact form. Until we have an agreement with you, we cannot treat what you send as confidential. How we handle your name and contact details is set out on the Privacy page.
Links and other services
This website links to and embeds services we do not run — Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the 360° tours. We are not responsible for them, and their own terms apply when you use them.
The website, as it is
We take care over this website, but it is provided as it is: we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.
